Always loved Omai but hadn’t been for years because I’ve been abroad. Unfortunately service has gone downhill and service felt rushed. I got infections on 4 of my toenails after a pedicure. I got gel taken off my finger nails and then asked for regular polish, which chipped within hours. When I took the polish off, I noticed there was the base layer of gel on every nail that they failed to take off. I wont return, which is sad because I used to be a regular customer!

I went to Omai Nails to have my sparkly (non-gel) nail polish removed. I then decided to get a manicure. After paying £15 for the manicure and £2 for the polish removal, this is the result. I am shocked. There are still nail polish particles left on my nails. Very disappointed. I will never go back.

Worst nail place I've been to, they didn't use a base coat and the gel began peeling after 2 days which has never happened to me with acrylics. Then the acrylic was brittle and snapped easily, again never happened before. Went back for removal after 3 weeks, was waiting for my walk-in appt and then when one of the techs was free she started filing her own nails instead.

Absolutely destroyed my eyebrows, made the space in the middle huge - I looked like an alien. Had been growing them out for over 6 months and she completely ruined them. When I told her I wasn’t happy she had just removed over 6 months growth and was in tears she just said “okay”.

Worst Nail salon in Oxford!!
Rude staff they talk about you in their language!! Had nails done but chipped in 2 days!! They redone 3 nails but chipped again!! Never had a good experience there so never again!!

Very dissatisfied. Gel peeled off from the tips after just 3 days. Be prepared to wait, as you cannot pre- book appointments.

Very inconsistent, I get pedicures here regularly and the first few times were excellent but the last few times I’ve been they’re just trying to rush it and dont do a thorough job, not even cleaning underneath the nail!

The sercice was very poor. I went to get my gel nails done. The lady was rushing, impatient- when I did not like the shape of my nails, she nervously laughed and conmented in her laguage to her colleague. I ended up with nails I did not like because I did n want to keep telling her what I wanted them to look like. Also the colour I picked was not the same that she used on my nails. Very disapointing and too expensive experience. Will definitely not go back there again.
