Went for a pedicure and was very disappointed. The lady was LAZY and BARELY cleaned my nails! No trim, barely clean around my names ugh! I thought oh maybe this was an initial step to remove cuticles, then soaked my feet again. But no was it! Never again!

I was initially hesitant to visit this place due to some negative reviews, but I’m so glad I did. The lady who did my nails today was friendly, polite and also very attentive to my preferences. I will definitely be back for infills.

Came in 4 days ago for infills. A new customer may I say and they are Very rude. They will talk in their language whilst looking and laughing at you, my nail fell off and they wanted to charge me £5 to fix it even though it was less then 48 hours! I refused and they continued talking in their language whilst looking at me in disgust. Never again.

Hadn’t heard great things about this establishment but I was desperate pre holiday to get some nail work and thought how bad could it be, I only needed some old gel removed and a new set on. The customer service is pretty abrupt, the gel removal was kind of painful, I think they took too much nail surface off with the dermal planer - ouch. I wasn’t asked what length I wanted my nails so he only filed them back very slighty and seemed to get a bit annoyed when I asked for shorter. I then had someone else who came to do the application of the gel polish. They showed examples of colours and it went on. From layer 1 I had a sudden worry as the colour didn’t look right, but I gave it more time as I presumed colour would build up with further layers, it did not and on completion was really patchy and uneven.
I really didn’t think it was worth the money. Not a nice experience really. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Long wait. Was rather surprised that to remove my acrylic nails the man pulled them off with some plastic (my natural nails look knackered) instead of soaking them off… not sure if this is normal but I suspect not.

I had my gel nails taken off and it was awful now my nails have split and are sore . Never go there again

I had a mishap with a diy at home nail kit, which went horribly wrong and these guys did a more than perfect job putting it right for me. I am so pleased and it was a joy to see how they strive for perfection with every customer of which I will return happily 😍💅🏽

I went there for a standard, non gel manicure. I said this more than once and still they prepped my nails as if for a gel polish, which means they filed my nailbed with the automatic round file and left me with scratched nails!! It will take several months to recover from that.
To top it off they no longer have normal polish so the only thing they could offer was a clear base coat.
They should have told me on arrival that they no longer do non gel manicures so I could have gone elsewhere

older guy with glasses was so rude to me throughout. wouldn’t let me get the length nails i wanted, kept telling me to relax even though i was just sat like normal in the chair, kept pulling on my hand quite rough, made me bleed twice, attacked the appearance of my hands out of nowhere, completely ignored me when i tried making conversation and rushed my nails so they look terrible and not the shape i asked for. i used to like this place when there were women working there. never going again these men are rude and unprofessional.
