I want to recognise Xhonaa for truly outstanding customer service.
I came in just a few minutes before closing to grab some things before my holiday. As soon as it hit 7pm, another colleague seemed more focused on getting me out of the store, which made the situation feel a bit pressured.

However, Xhonaa handled things completely differently. Even though she was clearly under pressure to wrap up, she didn’t rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. She stayed calm, kind, and made sure I got what I needed.

She really stood her ground to help me, and that turned what could have been a stressful moment into a smooth and positive experience. Xhonaa you are a real credit to the store and can teach your colleagues real customer service!

Good for shopping and brow jobs, but no pharmacy, unlike in town. On a retail park off an industrial estate, so free limited parking. Just avoid the rush hour.

Went into a very busy Superdrug today. We had a lovely young lady Liz serve us. We were choosing fragrances. I can honestly say being in retail for many years and also a Manager myself I can not praise this young lady enough for her help, patience and a polite approach. Great work Liz!!! Please Superdrug Manager give Liz a pat on the back!!!

Visited yesterday with my partner to begin a makeup journey. The employee, Liz, was extremely helpful. Took her time with helping me find the correct shade of everything i need. Very polite and kind. Liz recommend me every item giving me lots of different choices and helping me make my descions when i wasn’t sure on which would look and feel better on my skin. She also took into account my sensitive skin that has reactions to a lot of products. Liz also included my partner in the conversations and made it a great experience for him as-well as he has no clue on makeup just as i didn’t. As someone who’s new to makeup liz informed me of a step to step guide on how to use it and was more than happy to help in every aspect. She is truly a credit to the store 🩷
