My daughter went to this salon and asked for her fringe to be cut to her EYEBROWS. When they’d finished it was roughly an inch above her eyebrows!!! It was so bad we had to leave before she burst into tears- she now has to wear a headband until it grows out! Absolutely appalling!!!!! 100% would not recommend. Her hairdresser was Zuzanna- a graduate stylist and my daughters appointment was at 12:30 on the 2nd of May. I have never experienced such a bad haircut

We’d like to respectfully explain that Zuzanna is currently working as a Graduate Stylist. This means she is still in the early stages of her professional career and continuing to develop her skills. While all of our team members are supported and supervised, there can occasionally be mistakes as part of the learning process.

When booking appointments online, we do provide the option to choose a more experienced stylist if you would prefer, and we always aim to be transparent about each team member’s level.

I don't usually do reviews but I was very upset after my visit to this salon yesterday. I was called and asked to come in an hour earlier than my appointment which I did, even though it was my lunch hour. I then had to wait while Chelsie put a colour on 'her other lady'. After an hour I had to ask Chelsie to cut my fringe as I needed to go. If, when Chelsie had called me she had told me I would be there for 2 hours and only be dealt with in between her 'other lady' I would have just had a dry trim. I blow dried my hair myself and left. I was not offered any apology or discount and I was absolutely disgusted with the service. I was made to feel like a second class citizen because her 'other lady' was paying more for a colour I'm guessing, I only paid £45 for a bit of an end and fringe trim and treatment! Chelsie never even checked the cut!! I will not go back or recommend them, so upset. What was meant to be a nice treatment and cut turned out to be very stressful and I left feeling awful. If there was a Star for Zero I'd have used it !!

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to adjust your schedule and arrive early, only to then be kept waiting and feel as though your appointment wasn’t given the attention it deserved. That’s certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide to any of our clients, regardless of the service they’ve booked.

You should never have felt like a “second class citizen,” and we’re truly sorry that this was the impression left. We also apologise that you weren’t offered a proper explanation, check of your cut, or a gesture of goodwill before you left — that isn’t the level of care we want our clients to experience.
