Lovely relaxed visit to Little Saigon yesterday. They listened to exactly what I wanted and why and made my nails perfect. I was offered a drink and the whole atmosphere was lovely with relaxing music and friendly staff who chatted a bit but also left me and my daughter to have our own conversations in peace as well.

From the moment I walked into Little Saigon Nail Salon, I felt completely welcomed. Despite not having an appointment, I only waited about five minutes—and during that time, I was offered any drink I wanted and made to feel right at home. The salon doesn’t pack people in, which keeps the atmosphere calm and relaxing—exactly what you want from a self-care experience.

I came in concerned about nail damage, as I’ve had bad experiences in the past with painful treatments and sore nails for days afterward. The owner took the time to talk me through how nail damage happens and what they do to avoid it. Her knowledge and care immediately put me at ease, and I opted for gel powder. I’m so glad I did. For the first time ever, getting my nails done wasn’t painful—no soreness, no discomfort—just a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

The attention to detail was exceptional. They were meticulous in bringing my photo reference to life, and I was never left wondering what was happening. I was chatted to throughout, checked on regularly, offered more refreshments, and even gifted a lovely hand lotion at the end.

It was also fascinating to hear about the owner’s story and how much pride she takes in her work and her team. That care and dedication is clearly reflected in every aspect of the salon.

The space itself is clean, bright, beautifully decorated, and truly a sanctuary from the outside world. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable nail salon visits I’ve ever had.

Little Saigon has definitely earned a new loyal customer—I’ll be back again and again

I have been going here for over two years now. Was a little nervous when Onah started training up the guys and letting them loose on my nails … I had only trusted Onah before. I worried needlessly my nails are as beautiful as ever … perfectly shaped and the choice of colours never fails to amaze me . Opted for the nicest two tone purple. Had loads of lovely comments about my nails as normal.. well done the training is paying off !!

They charged me £15 to have short, grown out acrylics removed. Half of my nail was my own. The method they used was filthy and out of date, using a hot water bottle to warm up the acetone. The nail tech was playing around with the tools he used, he was scratching the dirt off the table with the tool he later used to scratch off the rest of the acrylics from my own nails. Cuticles were not touched. The owner came in and kept interrupting so the techs were mostly chatting instead of working. Never going there again.

Worst nail salon experience. Was refused certain colours and design, such a big language barrier the boss lady just shouts at everyone and intervenes so the nail techs can’t even do their jobs properly. Work is very rushed with little care. They will not touch your cuticles or look after your nails they just want you in and out. Charged £35 for no nail art, basic colour. Do not waste your time and money.

I’m not one to make a complaint but I went in to get my eyebrows done and I paid £7 just wanted a tidy up but the lady has taken half of my eyebrows of there so fin it has taken ages to get them how they was and the whole time I was in there she was just wanting more money saying I will tint for £14, will not be coming back here again
