Google I am sorry and very disappointed to write this today. I had my nails done 2 weeks ago today. Unfortunately by the end of the following week my nails started to peel. I would have come in last Friday which was exactly a week later but unfortunately I took ill in Morrisons and got taken by ambulance to hospital. Today was tha first chance to come into the salon.
I explained what had happened to be told it is natural to happen after a week and I should have had fillers after 3 days.
I have been coming for years and thoroughly enjoyed every single treatment I have had. The girls are all lovely and I enjoyed a lot of chat and laughs with them all. I always left the salon feeling pampered and looking forward to my next appointment.
Like I say I am disappointed at today's reaction.

We are truly sorry that you left disappointed yesterday. As a regular client, your support means the world to us.
To clarify the policy our team member was trying to explain: we offer a 3-day application guarantee where we will fix any issues free of charge. After that window, peeling or lifting is typically down to everyday wear and tear rather than an application fault. By two weeks most clients require a refresh or removal and new gel.
However, given your circumstances and your long-standing loyalty, we absolutely want to take care of you, which is why you were offered an appointment yesterday.
We value you immensely and hope you will visit us again.

Google Wonderful scrub and 1 hour massage with Michaela today. Has taken away all the stress knots from my neck and shoulders and my skin feels great. Michaela provides a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere ...along with the heated bed and candles ... bliss!
