Google Waited over 45 mins and the result was poorly prepped & fragile nails and a technician not interested when I pointed this out just wanted to go to the next customer. Will not be returning

Waiting 45 minutes and then receiving nails that did not meet your expectations is uncomfortable and I completely understand your frustration.We always working to improve our shop . While I understand you’ve decided not to return , please know that your feedback will help us do better.
The staff said “you still had gel on your nails, they had to use the gel remover to soak it for 5-10 minutes”.They’ll then have to move to start customers and come back to you to finish of your nails. Many thanks

Google Made the mistake of trying this nail bar instead of my usual which is Star Nails in Cramlington. I live closer to Blyrh. Should not have risked it. I wanted full set acrylics. Took ages to get seen. Young guy was VERY impatient and rough. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, so they're not the easiest to work with I admit, but it makes me feel better having this treat. He was physically impatient and you could tell he was not happy. He also burned my thumb cuticle with one of the sander-type tools. I cried out and pulled my hand away. He was also very rough with nail file. I just wanted to leave. Relieved when he finished. Them took ages to get gel colour on. I WON'T BE BACK

Google My friends have went here and they said that they squished her finger and hurt it, my Nan went here aswell and she doesn’t understand a word they say, there are usually children roaming around in the back and making a lot of noise they are the staffs children would highly not recommend
