i asked for a square shape and got squoval and my acrylic wasn’t fully on my nail it’s halfway off my cuticle and the french tip wasn’t even nice and it had white gel polish around my cuticles

Had a lovely experience, pretty lady looked after me for french tip and gel toes. Very friendly and professional and made sure i was happy with the nails throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend 💕

My daughter recently visited this salon for a manicure, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the manicure was poor and did not look professional.

What upset me the most was the rude and unprofessional behaviour towards her. No customer, especially a young girl, should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome during an appointment.

Very disappointing service overall. We will not be returning and will be leaving honest reviews everywhere we can.

horrible, they didn't listen to my design request and when I asked for it to be corrected or removed they said I would be charged extra. Not good service, claimed the nails were perfect despite my refusal.

Totally disgusted.went for nails soaking off which is usually ten pounds and overlays over my original nails NOT a new set.Got charged £40. When I asked why so expensive I was told price had gone up ? Won't be going back.

Excellent service. Lady checked in and asked if I liked the colour and the shape numerous times which was lovely. Showed her a picture and she got them spot on. 10/10 thanks!

DISGUSTING PEOPLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
I went in to just get a new colour and they originally said 18 so I agreed, 10/15 mins later once finished they then said 28! For gel colour, that’s it. Absolutely appalling, I hate confrontation but tried to stick up for myself by saying you said 18 and I wouldn’t have agreed if I knew it would be £28 for 10 mins work.
