Honestly the best hair cut and colour I’ve ever had. The salon is friendly, lively and fun. Can get your beauty done here at the same time which is fab and super convenient but I can honestly say I’ve never had a better hair day coming out of a salon. Thanks ladies!

I was in tears after my haircut.
I had never been to this salon before, but was desperately needing a cut. I asked for a couple of inches off and nice shaping around my face and gentle layers to give it bounce… the moment the lady cut half of my hair off I was in shock. The hairdresser lifted all of my hair from the top to my ears lifted it upright and just chopped. I was mortified it landed at the top of my ears once she had finished?!
I was speechless, the “layering” I wanted was a mop chop near my ears. She kept reassuring me it’ll be fine styled.. I still couldn’t speak. The damage was done at the start and unprofessionally too, she didn’t measure she just lifted it and guessed with the scissors. Never trusting a new salon. Cried the whole drive home because my hair which was way past my shoulders was now a terrible bob with half around my ears.

We do strive to make ever client happy and do a full consultation before we start any treatment and we do constantly ask all the way through hair cuts if this is the length you are wanting . If you weren't happy at any point I wish u had said. I'm sorry u were not happy and wish u had mentioned this before leaving. If u would like to phone the salon and we would like to rectify any problems. Like I said earlier we do try to make every client happy and feeling fabulous when they leave the salon. I don’t recommend doing the make up because it wasn’t even close to the picture that I wanted and the brows were uneven and it didn’t look good at all so it wasn’t worth the money but the lady was really nice, so after some time they gave me another make up artist that fixed it for me but because of that I was late to prom and couldn’t do pictures with my family and it was stressful even though I went there quite early. The hairstylists who did my hair were amazing and did my hair really nice and beautiful and the service was good.
