Google Absolutely fuming about my experience today! I went in expecting a simple nail set, was quoted £20, which sounded great. But then, BAM! The final bill was a whopping £80! Seriously, where did that extra £60 come from?
The service was terrible, my nails look uneven, and the polish is already chipping. It's like they rushed through the whole thing without any care. I could have done a better job myself at home!
I feel completely ripped off and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers and provides honest pricing. Never going back!
The reply goes even further to be an abuse ! She is now stating I never came to her salon.. BS Very frustrating and disrespectful. I feel completely dumbfounded and made to feel like I did something wrong ! I’m owed money and not happy about it. Changed me more than it was, not stated the more money ! She must have made loads of money of us. Thanks for ruining my day and my holiday 👍🏼👍🏼

We are sad to see malicious incorrect reviews that harm small businesses like ours. We have many happy satisfied customers and there is no way our nails are uneven or polish chipped.

Google I recently visited Laura at Viet nails for a gel manicure, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt rushed and impersonal. The nail technician seemed disinterested and barely made an effort to understand what I wanted.
The application of the gel polish was sloppy, with uneven layers and polish smudged onto my cuticles. Despite my concerns, the technician didn't seem to care. The overall result was a messy and unprofessional manicure that started chipping within just a few days.
To make matters worse, the tools didn't appear to be properly sanitized, raising hygiene concerns. The entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend Viet nails to anyone seeking quality nail service.

they also do eyebrow waxing etc

Google I've been going to Laura at Viet nails for years for my eyebrows and she always does an amazing job at reshaping and waxing them. My left eyebrow can grow a bit wild and she is literally a magician at how good she makes them look. Definitely would recommend her to anyone and I wouldn't go to or trust anyone else to do them for me.
