Tracey is an absolute star. I think i have gone through almost every treatment on the list and each one is wonderful! My favourites will always be reflexology and full body massage, and of course I have to throw in a pedicure every now and again. Would highly recommend and I go monthly.

Perfect Balance by Tracey isn’t just a massage – it’s a full-blown, stress-evicting, muscle-melting miracle disguised as a therapy session. I went in feeling like a human-shaped knot and came out convinced I could float home. And the star of the show? The hot stones massage. Honestly, if hugs had a temperature and hands could read minds, this would be it.

Tracey is calm, professional and somehow knows exactly where your back has been hiding its secret stash of tension. The room is warm, welcoming, and smells like tranquillity itself. The stones? Glorious. Like tiny warm wizards gliding across your skin, gently convincing your muscles to stop acting up. I’m not sure if I briefly transcended this plane of existence – but I definitely left feeling like I’d been reborn as a softer, happier version of myself.

It’s not just a massage – it’s a reset button with scented oils. Go. Book. Float.
