I was in Silk today thinking about purchasing a voucher and was unsure about some of the details. The young woman at the till was extremely polite, patient, and more than happy to take the time to explain everything clearly to me. She made the whole experience very pleasant and welcoming. She is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service, and Silk should consider themselves very lucky to have such a respectful, professional, and capable young employee. Her attitude and skills truly reflect positively on the business.

First timer at Silk and first time getting my eyebrows tinted, lash lift & tinted too.

First of all the receptionist was really nice, the place smelled incredible, very clean and tidy.

The beautifician knew it was my first time ever getting any of these treatments done, she went over everything, what to expect, my options, how the results would be depending on which options I go for.

The lash lift & tint went great, no discomfort and the beautician regularly checked in on me, asking if I was comfortable etc. Very happy with the results.

Same thing with my eyebrows, she tidied them up and tinted them, very happy with my results.

Very reasonably priced too, will definitely be a regular here from now on when everything needs topped up :)

Fantastic salon! They made a lovely job of the massage and manicure my sister and niece were visiting there for.
Very accommodating regarding making the appointments too, despite being very busy. Would definitely recommend them and will be going back to try some of the other services they offer.

We had our nails manicured and painted for my wedding. They were perfect. All the ladies were really friendly and chatty and it was a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend. They offer a wide range of treatments at really good prices.

Fabulous hot stones massage this morning with corinne ! I had their November special offer of the back massage /hot stones . It was absolutely amazing..very very relaxing ! Highly recommended!
