Booked appointment, was kept waiting 20 mins
My fingers burned when under uv lamp
The finish was bumpy, and chipped the next day
For people who have been here 30 years, it was very difficult to communicate what I wanted
The whole process felt rushed, then when I went to pay, I was told it was cash only - no notices anywhere
I WILL not be going back, very disappointed

Really disappointed!
Came in for a luxury spa pedicure.
Water was lukewarm at a push.
The man didn’t cut or file any of my toes.
My heels are just as bad when I first arrived as to when I left.
The man got the heel file grater out and it’s like he pretended to do it. I felt him very gently touch my heels. This isn’t what I expect when paying £40 for a service.
Especially when a basic pedicure is £15.
(Previous places I have been too have always took the hard skin off & made them soft)
My big toes are odd shapes due to not cutting the nails. So blessed my other toes were already cut similar by me!

Paid £40 yet they don’t stamp the loyalty card! Only for hands. Shocking.
Honestly feel like I’ve wasted £40 on some polish.
