I can’t thank Hayley enough at class11. When I first came into the salon my hair was snapped in many places and severely damaged, I was extremely worried about what could be done with it. Hayley has been amazing and is helping me through my journey of growing my hair back in a healthy way.

Her communication is perfect – she has very good knowledge and many years of experience. Every appointment I've attended she has always listened to what I want , explains what’s best for my hair so together we can achieve it becoming healthier again.Not only has it boasted my confidence, but has also restored my faith that the damage wasn't going to be forever.  She’s so professional and always makes the whole experience comfortable and relaxed. We always have a laugh and have had ramdom conversations while I’m there which makes such a difference with customer service😀.

I’m really grateful for her help and care with my hair and wouldn't trust anybody else. I would highly recommend Hayley and guarantee you she is someone who truly cares about your hair and delivers a very professional service.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Class 11 enough!
Not only do they offer incredible services, but their first-class hairdressing training is truly something special.
Completing training with Hayley has been such an amazing experience and it genuinely felt like home from day one. I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome from the very first moment with endless support and encouragement throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every question was met with kindness and guidance.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming salon or considering training in hairdressing (or nails!), this is the place to be.

Absolutely amazing salon, such a great environment with lovely girls working there. Nothing was ever too much! Hayley who offers training in many different sectors (I did hairdressing) is an absolutely fantastic tutor and was always there for support as well as her great knowledge! Hayley was so kind, caring, chatty and friendly but also professional when I had a hair cut this week. Hayley, as always, discussed with me what I wanted doing with my hair and made sure I left with hair that I was super happy with. Nothing is too much bother here!

Terrible service! Building freezing cold no heating on at all and u aren’t even offered a hot drink during the appointment, very expensive as well won’t be returning

I did my training with Hayley at class 11 and it was the most positive experience I got my qualification Hayley answered any questions I had and thoroughly helped and gave me tips and tricks to do a great set 100% recommend and can’t wait for my next course
