I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon.
I got gel nails done, and they started chipping just two days later. When I had the gel removed, my natural nails were left damaged and started splitting badly.
On top of that, the customer service was poor—staff were dismissive and not helpful at all. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it

Busy place. Booked a day ahead and had great basic mani and pedi. Nice massage chair for pedicure which was relaxing . Recommend.

Really poor customer service
If you are elderly and disabled don't bother
A rude woman who nods her head and tuts when she refuses your custom because the person is aged infirm

My daughter had nails extensions done here. Paint on end of nail started to come off the next day which they re-did. Paint started coming off again within a few days and within 2 weeks 2 had come off completely. Contacted and they wouldn’t issue refund!! Complete waste of £40!!!

I've had bad experiences previously, but this bar looked so clean I gave it a go. Hannah did my nails with French tips and she was very quick and done them beautifully. I'm very pleased and will go again

Visited area today and got to walk-in in this very nicely kept nail salon. They all said hello and then got asked what i wanted and i got attended to right away, the nail salon is very clean and very comfortable chairs, they ask if you want a drink and i got a coffee. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she did it exactly as i wanted. They had many other costumers who showed up after myself who had already booked an appointment. Its cash only and they have a sign at the door to mention that and a sign with full services and prices. I will definitely be back thank you to all staff
