My first visit and I saw Violet for a Gel manicure and pedicure. I was so impressed by Violets, professionalism, accuracy to details and gentleness when I explained that I have had previous hand surgery.
Cannot recommend Violet enough. Thankyou Violet x

Wouldn’t recommend daughter went in for highlights some were blonde but majority were straw/orange like colour we bought a shrine product to lighten as she was attending prom but wasn’t great went back to salon 7 days later for strand test they were concerned due to shrine product but it is like a purple shampoo doesn’t contain ammonia or peroxide and washes out so strand test was done nothing untoward showed up obviously! but instead of correcting at their cost they offered to redo but they would charge me £40 I already spent £99.50 so I declined I am able sue as my rights state if I’m not happy with their response, so may look into that. So unfortunately I can’t recommend we have a manicure booked for me and family members but obviously we will be cancelling.

This is the second time I've had a pedicure with Faith and despite the fact that I'm old compared to Faith she has treated me with the utmost respect. The foot massage is amazing and she doesn't rush any aspect of the pedicure.
The way she does the nail painting is the most comfortable I've experienced and she explained the first time I visited that it was good for her and it's great for me.
The nails lasted 4 weeks without chipping and it was normal varnish not gel. Apart from growth they were pristine.
I've booked next month for a collagen facial as I trust her completely.

Only thanks to the Christmas voucher I used their service.

I was given a voucher for a haircut in this salon.

I have never been there before. I rang them a few times for a few days and no one answered the phone. Then I rang again and this time I left a message with my number and of course I described that I would like to have my hair done.
No one rang me back. In the meantime I contacted them on Instagram to ask, that I probably lost a voucher, if that could help me even without the voucher. They haven't replied until now (13 days ago).

Then I rang them again because I really wanted to have that haircut done. Oh finally someone answered phone!
It was noisy in the saloon ( which I understand with all the hairdryers on) but if they cannot hear their client I would expect that they need to go somewhere quiet or ask colleagues to turn off the noise to hear me. But instead of that they shouted to the phone and it was a totally exhausting phone call to book the date and time. "When? I can all day on Thursday 22. But when? 22nd . Ok but when? Thursday 22nd. I can do it all day, anytime........" And then finally she handed me over to her colleague. But ok, done. I had a date!

Then unfortunately my shift at work was moved and I wanted to move my appointment to another day! I couldn't imagine having that exhausting phone call again, so I decided to visit them in person. No opening hours on the website, no opening hours on their door. So when I turned up on Monday, it was closed. (I understand, if they work on Saturday, then want to have a closing day on Monday, but it could be written somewhere, I wasted my journey)

Then I had to call again ! I managed to move my appointment successfully to the new day, this lady was sympathetic and nice.

Then when I arrived, the young girl was doing nails next to the door, she said hello and asked if I was ok and what I needed. She told me to sit and that they will be with me shortly, she was nice. Then while I was waiting and sitting, young women from the reception (I think she was receptionist) she was not bothered to say hi, to even smile if saying hello is too much to ask) not a friendly face at all. And the sitting area in front of the reception. She had to see me. At that time I was really questioning if I was in the right place, as I felt totally unwelcome.

Then finally I met my hairdresser Vicky, she was very nice and kind and very helpful and she really saved my whole experience with this place. If I didn't have the voucher, I would have given up visiting this salon some time ago. So not my favourite place. But I'm happy with my haircut.

The White Room is such a beautiful and professional place for your beauty needs. I go every two weeks and would never go anywhere else! Chantelle, the owner is the most lovely person and makes me feel super relaxed when having my treatments and she accommodates my toddler who likes to pretend she is having a treatment. She even pretended to do her eyebrows so she felt included. Five stars all round.

Just visited The White Room for the first time, Chantelle the owner is such a lovely kind professional beautician, she treated my treatments uniquely to my own individual requirements. I will be returning for all my beauty treatments regularly from now on. A wonderful salon 🤍

Brows done o.k. But it was like an inquisition. If you're a private person, you'll feel uncomfortable with the barage of questions about your private life. I wouldn't return.
