Google Changed date and time and I agreed to this changed all on my week
road block was 14 min late and was charged £29 for nothing. Will not be going back there
She changed the date and time. To fit in with her business. And I got charged for that it’s disgraceful
Owner Response:
Hi Wendy,
I’d like to clarify that the date change has no connection to the situation that occurred earlier. Our policies remain unchanged - if a client is 15 minutes late the no show policy applies and full payment is required for the missed treatment.
As you’re aware, we have a high demand for appointments and hold a waitlist of clients. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate lateness as it affects other clients bookings.
Kind regards,
Sophia - Owner

Google I had a file and paint on my hands and feet last week and been really disappointed. There was no base coat used, only one coat of nail polish and no top coat. The polish didn't even last two days.

Google Sophia offers an exceptional massage experience in a cozy and quirky setting. Her technique is brilliant, effectively targeting tension spots with a professional and intuitive touch. Very kind and attentive, making me feel comfortable. The unique ambiance of the studio enhanced the relaxing experience. I highly recommend it and plan to become a regular client.

Google I couldn’t recommend this salon and the amazing Sophia enough. I have been to plenty of salons over the years and Sophia hands down made me feel the most at ease and welcomed. Her skill is immeasurable and she is extremely personable! Can’t wait for my next appointment.
