Was worth the wait though, very happy with my nails... The prices are good! Lovely staff the ladies are very friendly.. Will definitely be going again... Lovely little shop!

Google Nails are done well and the prices are good, but just as a heads up there is NO point booking an i appointment everytime I have done this I've waited at least an hour before they even started. My appointment today waa 10am and a lady who was sitting waiting had been here since 9am! I book an appointment as I am very busy at the moment and need to have a set time to have them done. Unfortunately I end up getting really stressed as there is no urgency, and they tell people just to sit and wait it's all ok if you have time to do that! Some don't.

Google I went in today for removal of and new acrylic nails fitted with gel Polish finish. The girl stated i just needed infills. She was quite rough with me and quite rude and abrupt. I picked the colour that matched the colour I had on. She appeared to become argumentative saying the colour wasn't the same. I stuck with my choice. Throughout my treatment she was rough with my hands. Pulling them towards her and thrusting them back quite rough. I have never experienced this behaviour in this nail bar before. I usually have a chat and laugh with the girls. At one point she twisted my finger so she could file the side of my nail. It hurt and made me jump. She rudely told me to keep my hand still. I nearly walked out due to her rudeness and rough treatment. But id have been left with infilled bare nails. Even when she put the dryer there she just pushed it towards me stating put your hand in. Again quite abrupt. Its sad really as ive been there many times but this has put me off. After her rude behaviour and tough treatment of my hands. After saying all this my nails do look lovely but her behaviour was shocking.

Google Would put 0 stars! Awful and not professional atal. Very rude! My daughter waited patiently for a hour for her nails, she was the only one waiting next to be seen.. yet when more people came in they saw to them first. Like my daughter was invisible! It angers me how they think they can treat people and a young girl who is happy to come to a nail salon and be treated that way. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Learn manners and make it fair!

I’m very sorry for the misunderstanding. At our shop, we welcome both walk-ins and appointment bookings. Customers with appointments are always prioritised because they booked days in advance, while walk-in customers will be served in the order they arrive.
That day, your daughter was the last walk-in guest, and before her, two other walk-ins were already waiting. At 5 o’clock we had a customer with an appointment, so our staff had to take them in first. Not only your daughter but also the two walk-ins before her had to wait as well.
It was our fault for not explaining to your daughter, which caused the misunderstanding. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding. We always try our best to serve every customer as quickly and equally as possible.

Google Perfect service everytime . Have tried so many nail bars and this one is the absolute best. They always look perfect and last forever and ever . Also I have the tiniest toe nails on some of my feet but they always make them look amazing . Can’t believe some of the bad reviews I’ve read , the ladies are never ever rude to their customers but you must remember that English is not their language … they do their utmost best to understand what we are saying and reply to us …… so it may come across short & abrupt but it’s not meant in a rude way at all … they joke with us and I can’t fault them . They are speaking our language much better than some English people. Will always go here and recommend them for the best nail & pedicure services ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ignore the bad reviews !!!!

Google Wanted to put 0 stars but unfortunately that ain’t an option I went in yesterday with my mate and they started making fun of how short mine and my mates nails were my mate started crying as she can’t help biting her nails and she has anxiety they there started laughing at her nails then after we got them done my mates was helping my mum get out the shop as my mum is in a wheelchair then as my mate was trying to get my mum out the shop the lady grabbed my mates hand 2 time and they was really rude I don’t recommend going

Google I wanna put 0 stars but that is not a option went to go get my nails done on holiday as a nice treat for myself but ended up leaving in tears and marks they was completely horrible making fun of my nails (I have really bad anxiety I bite my nails to help my anxiety) they was laughing at me and taking the piss the whole time making fun of me and my nails then at the end of the appointment we asked them why they were so rude and they started shouting and then proceeded to get in my face as I was helping my mates mum out the shop because she’s in a wheelchair one of the women grabbed my arm I told her not to and pushed her hand off my arm she then grabbed me again and kept screaming at me and my friends family would not recommend this place at all btw im 16 years old

The truth is you found an excuse not to pay for the 2 full sets of nails,I just reminded you not to bite your nails and take good care of your nails because your nails were far to short. To keep the acrylic nails longer this was my professional opinion in doing this job for 15 years,we then talked normally until your nails were finished you even laughed at me when I sang. When the nails were finished and payment was due you found an excuse to leave and did not pay,i will not argue and i consider this a charity i hope you dont do the same thing in other shops and be disrespectful of others like u were me.I hope you live a good life and i wish you all the best
