Ive now visited this shop about 7 times, all booked appointments, when you arrive for an appointment on time there is so often a wait of 20 minutes or more. Today I arrived 9 minutes late to find a shop with no customers and 2 staff. They stood looking at the clock and quoted my appointment was 4.30pm. They wanted to debate me being a few minutes late, and didn't want to treat me. So I left, this is such a let down. They don't close until 6pm.

Worst experience ever! The male employee is rude abrupt and at has no social skills. At first I put it down to his lack of the English language, but no! My last experience was shocking, half way through doing my nails he suddenly had an angry outburst, shouted in Vietnamese and literally threw the colour chart at me. Then stormed off. After leaving me half done for a good five minutes he returned called his next customer over and processed to do her nails! Completely ignoring me! The female employee seemed mortified as was I. I have since been told of five other people who experienced similar behaviour from him, and refuse to go back. Which also includes me. It's a shame because this one man will absolutely effect the reputation of the nail bar.

Just went in I asked if i could have Gel polish removed but first I said can you take them off by soaking not !! Filing as it leaves my nsils really sensitive .it Damages nails doing it that way too. So asked how they take off Gel can you soak he smiled and nodded. I came bavk as had to wait but then a lady there again i said can you please take polish off by soaking not file removal ...again nodded pointed to seat.I sat down and she held my hand and started up a file!! Filed to nail polishes off. Puzzled i pulled my hand away again said can you take off by filing as said ahreed. she replied no holding her machine up.. not a frienfly happy place to go thats for sure.
Totally not what i asked for!! Hopless if they can not understand simple questions.
So i now have sensitive nails again.
Never again. Thank goodness i didnt rake my dsughters as i was going too. Filing off gel like that damagds the nail bed.

Went in at 4pm on a Wednesday on the off chance I could have a French manicure.
The man seemed confused about what that meant and I showed him my fading polish, which he then understood.

The lady was sitting on the pedicure chair, doing her toe nails and seemed reluctant to do my nails until she had finished her pedicure. I agreed to come back in 10 minutes and asked for the price, as there was no price list anywhere.

He asked if I wanted gels and I said no, at which point the lady said no, she wasn't doing it.

So I left...
