Never have I ever had to leave a bad review, but I feel like I need to on this one! I've been a regular customer for nearly a year at this nail salon and I've always thought they were friendly but always running behind as it's like a production line in there.. had my nails done four weeks prior and had booked them in for myself my niece and my daughter with the same lady and when she read it down in the book I did say to her you definitely have booked that in for all three of us with you and she said yes turned up to our appointment yesterday and when we said that we were there to see her her face completely dropped she stopped doing the person's nails that she had been doing and went somewhere for over 40 minutes. Another person had to take over doing that clients nails then to be told after waiting 35 minutes you haven't booked all three of you in because it would take three hours so like I turned round and said yes I did book in for all three of us with the lady and all he kept saying is she can't take three hours to do all of your nails so why book us in in the first place? Normally this lady is very friendly and chatty.. it made us feel very unwelcome and we also felt that they were talking about us in their language.. and our nails were very rushed and they were also ringing clients up to bring them in early when they already had people waiting and they were already running behind! Also, they have a card reader so you can pay by card but unfortunately we all have to go to the cashpoint machine to withdraw the cash as they said they wanted cash only! Definitely won't be using this salon again and all the people that I have recommended to the salon I will be telling them to go elsewhere!!
