Google I cannot praise Carina enough! My mum is new to the area and has been struggling to grow her nails, Carina is so knowledgeable and only uses safe products. She made my mum feel confident and explained the process of looking after her nails and aftercare as well as removal at a later date. Nails and cuticle care are perfect and my mum has been given a real confidence boost. Thank you so much Carina for the care and attention to detail.

Google Just had my nails done by Lexi the apprentice For such a young girl, she’s amazing gets better and better each week! The atmosphere whilst having your nails done is 2nd to none! I also watch the business owner while have mine done and she is absolutely incredible. Some of the stuff she does on nails is Mind blowing! I can’t recommend this service highly enough!

Google Best nail place around in Norfolk 🥰both Carina and Lexi are super professional. I’d been going to carina since she opened it’s a shame my personal life made me move 200 miles away so can’t go as often now but whenever I’m back to visit i go. Don’t let the fake bad reviews stop you - it would seem some people are very jealous much 😂

Google Came here with my friend to get her nails done and they were so kind and the nails were done exactly how she wanted. However both the artists were vaping throughout and messaging on their phones which is unprofessional in my opinion, me and my friend are both minors so we were not keen on the fact they were blowing smoke in the small space we shared. Not pleased.

Hi Patrycja, thanks for your review. I’m just going to pop the reply I sent to Sam earlier as that seems to cover everything here, especially the comment on ‘blowing smoke in small spaces comment’
Firstly - you didn’t have any services done when you attended, you just stood at the door waiting for your friend..
Secondly - I myself am replying to messages from clients on/off throughout the day as unfortunately I do not have an admin assistant, and I also finish late everyday and do not want to be on my phone until 10/11pm.
I have an industrial air filtration/cleaning system within the cabin, that also catches bacteria and virus particles from the air so I can assure you that your daughter would not have been second hand vaping, the system actually provides 5x more extraction that the minimum requirement. Our vapes produce next to no vapour as they are not proper vapes, similar to the air pens you can buy, but I understand from a visual perspective why that would be concerning.
I’ve taken your review into considering as we welcome all feedback, good and bad and I will make sure it’s plainly obvious to anyone who books in future that we allow vaping in our cabin. As you are the first people in nearly 8 years to mention this it’s not something that’s been brought to my attention before in order to address so I appreciate the feedback so we can make sure this doesn’t happen in the future

Google The nails were done so good and lexi was so sweet! The nail art is gorgeous and i’m in love with them! Unfortunately both artists were vaping throughout my appointment which i wasn’t keen with since im young and it’s a bit unprofessional. Thank you!
