I've been going to Steve for nearly a year now and I've never been disappointed with the amazing nails he's given me. Steve is very thorough in his work and his attention to detail is flawless! No artwork seems to phase him.
Steve is friendly and courteous and over the last year he's been chatting with me whilst concentrating on his work. The salon is always spotlessly clean and as Steve works alone in this salon, this gives a personal touch which I really like.
Highly recommend 👌

Steve is technically a great nail technician.
However his customer service is appalling. He is rude or. Uncommunicative at times. Don’t expect entertainment or constant chat. But DO expect courtesy. At first I thought I’m just getting to know him. But after six months of regular four weekly appointments I found him really unpleasant to deal with. At first I thought maybe it was an age thing. But observation proved that when people came in the shop he was seemingly disinterested in forming any kind of relationship. My much younger daughter went to him earlier this month and afterwards told me how rude he was to other clients!
He also has made personal comments that were impolite.
The quality of polish and finish are perfect.
Whilst technically excellent I choose to spend my money at a salon that cares. This is at the Holt Salon
Technically at 5 *. Client care. A 2*.
Such a shame.
