Deryn was absolutely amazing this afternoon, I brought my little girl to get her ears pierced for the first time (shes 3) and I couldn't have gotten a better experience she was calm with my daughter and gave her reassurance and was all round amazing such a lovely girl explained everything in detail about after care and what was going to happen, I got a bit nervous thinking my daughter was going to scream but Deryn made her feel that calm she didn't cry or shout or anything so I would like to say thank you to her for giving us the best experience possible today 😊

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded a few times here and they are very very good and gentle, they also let you take breaks if needed. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment, I went in today (im sad I didn’t get the name of the person who done them as she was very good) and the results are the best yet! - I was quite dehydrated and hot in my coat and felt dizzy and needed to take a break and all the staff were exceptionally kind to me during this and I felt very looked after :D

The staff was very rude and unprofessional i don't appreciate been locked at and treated like if I m a homeless person about to rob the store my friend was with me she tell me they were making smelling signs towards each other about me. I was going to buy something from the store but I refuse to spend many in a place where they treat their customers like garbage.

I was extremely impressed with the store layout, it’s spacious, clean and inviting. I was looking for some advice from the store’s nurse Gemma, she was extremely helpful, she answered and explained everything throughly. I then decided to get my younger daughters ears pierced, the ladies that did this Deryn and Ellie were brilliant they explained everything and put my daughter at ease, and she’s over the moon. Thank you for a fabulous store and wonderful staff x
