They are not professionals at all. All they care about is the money. Went there on Friday to have my nails done, left there couple of minutes later my nails were just melting because the paint wasn’t very dried! So went back for them to fix it up but instead they were charging extra money and said it’s not their fault maybe i have used my nails for something else and that’s the reason the nail polish were melting away!! I have to another money to get the nail cleaned up and repaint it again. Very sad situation

At our salon, we pride ourselves on our professionalism. As we clearly explained to you during your visit, we are fully committed to fixing any issues completely free of charge if the poor quality or damage is due to our mistake.
However, your claim that you returned "a couple of minutes later" is simply untrue. You actually returned to our salon after a one-week holiday. After a full week of wear and tear, it is impossible for us to determine whether the damage was caused by our application or by your activities during your holiday.
Despite this, we were very understanding and sympathetic to your situation. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to not only fix the damage but also provide you with a completely new color for half the normal price. This is an exception we normally never make for clients returning after a week.
At the time, you agreed to this solution. We did a completely fresh set of nails for you, and you left the salon expressing that you were very happy with the results.
Given how accommodating we were and your positive reaction in the store, we are deeply disappointed to see you leave a review that misrepresents the timeline and the facts. We always welcome honest feedback, but we must protect our business against unfair and untruthful claims when we went out of our way to find a fair solution for you.

Honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I went with my friend to get our nails done and they completely ruined both of them. The work was messy, uneven and looked nothing like what we asked for. It genuinely looked like someone with no training had done them.

What made it even worse was the customer service. The staff were rude, dismissive and clearly didn’t care that they had done such a terrible job. When we pointed out the problems, they acted like it was an inconvenience instead of taking responsibility.

We paid good money expecting a professional service and instead walked out with nails that looked awful. Both of us had the same experience, so this clearly isn’t just a one-off mistake.

Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This place is a complete waste of time and money.

Im not happy with my nails the customer service was great but my nails where not the design i asked for it looks nothing like the picture the man was VERY ROUGH and not only that my other friend was there getting her nails done too and the man was asking her how old she is and was squeezing her hands before she even got her nails done which made her severely uncomfortable. And on one of her fingers she got a snowflake and she overheard the woman say it looked like a leaf. And my sister went in to see a price and walked out because for just french tips and glitter it was £60 and as she left one of the staff mocked her as she had to take a phone call. Im not happy as my nails where also £55 as they told me it would be 50 and for my friend they said 45 but when they got finished it was £50 i want a refund as im not the only person who has had this issue.

This was my first time and last time going here my nails are lifting upwards as you can see in the photo and the extension tips don’t fit the nails properly Iv never had acrylics look like this!!

By the look of the photos of your nails I would like to explain a few things. Lately in many nails salons including us, no longer using curved nails tips for artificial nails only straight tips.
The goal is to choose the tip that provides a straight sidewall for better control and stronger nail structure.
Your pinky nail bed was not long so that how the nail would look like when it done.
Therefore if you prefer the curved tip that could hug the nail bed more we are more than happy to sculpture it out for you. Please reach out to us!

I had my nails done for the first time at this salon and I couldn't be happier with the results! Soung was incredibly gentle and caring during my manicure, making the whole experience so relaxing. Then, the talented Ann worked her magic with the gel colour and completed the experience with a wonderful hand massage. My nails look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place!
