Jess is a fantastic hairdresser. She always listens to what I want to achieve with my hair and balances this with ensuring the condition of my hair is maintained. When I first met Jess, I had lots of breakage from years of dying my hair. I still have my hair highlighted now but its in the best condition its been in for years and is actually growing rather than breaking off! Thank you Jess! I would 100% recommend Jess 😊

I’ve been getting my hair done by James in MK for the past couple of years, and he never disappoints! He always takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Honestly the BEST experience every single time 😭🩷

I used to have the worst anxiety about going to hair appointments because I was so embarrassed about the damage to my hair, but she made me feel comfortable from the second I sat in the chair. No judgement whatsoever, just reassurance, advice and pure talent.

Not only does she absolutely transform my hair every time, but the whole appointment feels like catching up with a friend. We laugh, joke and I leave feeling like THAT girl again 🤣💅

My hair is finally healthy, fierce and giving me my confidence back because of her. She genuinely brought back my spark and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶

First time having my hair done by James and I honestly couldn’t be happier! He really took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted, especially as I don’t know all the hairdressing terms and had a previous colour disaster to fix. I had banding and what looked like 3 different colours in my hair before seeing him 😅

James did such an amazing job correcting everything . I had a half head balayage, root touch up, toner, trim and blow dry, and the colour now blends perfectly and matches my roots beautifully. He made me feel completely comfortable throughout and I left feeling genuinely beautiful and confident again.

He also styled my blow dry exactly how I like it, smooth and sleek without too much volume, which is surprisingly hard to find!

Have had my hair done now for years by the amazing Jess, she is absolutely incredible at what she does. I’ve had balayage, gone blonde, brunette, long, short and had layers all done by her and each hairstyle has been amazing!
