madi is so lovely! as someone who has anxiety (and quite badly), she made me feel comfortable from the get go. it was my first ever time going and she didn’t judge my prior nails, and even smashed my nails out of the park - i asked for her to potentially draw my 3 dogs and she painted them all beyond my expectations, they are phenomenal , i’ve been over the moon since i got them done. she takes her time to ensure you’re happy and also takes incredibly good care of your nails, no matter what they start like
