Not impressed felt uncomfortable dirty dusty and fumey had gels had to go back next day as wasn’t covered properly only wanted 5 nails done others ok. Made it clear but they filed the gel of to apply gel over partly applied gel 1 cost of gel only no undercoat and no top coat. Shocking not a pleasant experience making good only made them look worse and with only 1 cost interesting to see how long they last. : ( wen filing peoples feet they put files in with the others there was dead skin over the equipment.

I left in tears. I went to get my nails done for my birthday which is today. And they was very accommodating to my needs but the guy just didn’t know what he was doing and made my fingers look werid and it was my birthday and this had just ruined my day. Every time I get my nails done I’ve never had issues and they try tell me it’s because of my fingers. This just honestly ruined my day completely. This is how I left

I got acrylics done with one colour and meant to be coffin but looks more square. 4 days later two of my nail varnishes came off, as seen on picture. Which has never happened to me before.

Filthy shop. Tools are not single use - fail to follow all beauty cleanliness standards . And Incapable of doing basic designs . Made me wait from 1:10pm to 2:44pm for colour and design to be told they can’t do it lol 😂 tried to fob me off with a single colour which I didn’t want When I politely mentioned I have school run at 2:50 they simply cut the nails off leaving sharp jagged edges I now have to remove at home 😂 wasted almost 2 hours of my life to walk out like this !

Considering I paid £50-90 every 2 weeks this is shocking service and treatment of a regular client. I will never be back and rest assured I didn’t pay a penny !

Ive been here a few times now and have been happy with my nails. Although customer service could be improved and it feels rushed sometimes. I would still recommend.

The salon inside looks quite dirty and old equipment, staff is not very polite.
As for the quality, the nail tech was harsh and not gentle at all. My cuticles were sore after.

First time I went it was amazing but I was with an adult second time I came it was horrible I asked for a price beforehand so I could know how much to take out later on this price changed and they refused to do the original nail and gave a ugly colour instead it was extremely bulky and wonky and they payed no attention to the nails and spent more time talking to eachother please save ur money and do not come here!!!!!

Really disappointed with my visit today. The man was rude. I asked to have them cut I needed to remind him he then grunted. I then asked for a shape he gave me a shape I didn’t ask for I asked for it to be the shape I wanted he grunted again. My nails are the worst I have ever had. Very disappointed. Having nails done should be a nice experience but he made me feel very uncomfortable. I left feeling awkward and not liking my nails. Sad to say I won’t return. I would prefer to pay extra to make sure my experience is nicer and so I like my nails. The hygeine is also poor. It never used to be this way.

Great service took an hour for me and 2 other people I went with! First time getting acrylics! The nail artists and painters were amazing! Was not disappointed by the way they came out! Price also depends on how older you are. You can get them at any age. The one thing is they talk to there workers across the room in another language, so you don’t know whether they are talking to you or not, they can also be quite rough with your hands, I broke 2 fingers not long ago. Apart from that very impressive, the design was spot on to what I wanted! Did not leave disappointed. Recommend going there.
