I’ve been coming to this nail shop for 2 years and I love this place they are so professional and very staff is great at doing nails

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for about two years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the very first visit, I felt welcomed and taken care of, and that feeling has never changed. The level of professionalism here is outstanding everything is clean, well-organized, and you can tell they truly care about both their work and their clients.

What really keeps me coming back is the staff. Every single person is not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly talented. No matter what style, shape, or design I ask for, they always deliver exactly what I want and often even better than I imagined. They pay close attention to detail, take their time, and make sure everything is perfect before you leave.
I also really appreciate how consistent they are. After two years, I’ve never had a bad experience. The quality of the nails lasts, the service is always top-tier, and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable every time I walk in.
It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for them they genuinely take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a nail salon that combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend it!

Concern Regarding Payment Handling and Customer Experience

I am writing this to raise a concern regarding my daughter’s recent visit.

Prior to her appointment, I had confirmed with your business that payment by bank transfer would be accepted, with an additional charge, and this was agreed.

However, after the treatment had been completed, my daughter was informed that payment would need to be made in cash instead, as this had changed. This placed her in a very uncomfortable position, particularly as she is young and not confident in challenging situations like this.

I found this concerning, as changing agreed payment terms after a service has been provided is not appropriate and can feel quite pressuring for the individual involved.

I had chosen your business believing it would provide a professional and reassuring environment for my daughter, so this experience has been disappointing.

I would appreciate it if you could clarify your payment policy going forward, and how you intend to ensure that agreed arrangements are honoured to prevent others from being placed in a similar situation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback .We are genuinely sorry to hear that your daughter felt uncomfortable during her visit as creating a welcoming and reassuring environment for all our clients especially younger ones is very important to us. We would like to clarify the situation to avoid any misunderstanding. Our standard payment policy is cash which is applied consistently to all customers. In certain exceptional circumstances such as when a client is unable to withdraw cash we may allow a bank transfer however we never charge any additional fees for this and we sincerely apologise if there was any confusing regarding this point .On the day of your daughter visit there appears to have been a misunderstanding due to a language barrier. Our staff member believed your daughter might have difficult accessing cash and therefore agreed bank transfer .After the treatment when it seems possible for her to withdraw as she was politely asked if she could do so in line with our usual policy when this was not possible due to an issue at the ATM we were more than happy to accept a bank transfer without any issue .At no point was there any intention to pressure or inconvenience your daughter and we are sorry if the situation made her feel uneasy.We understand that confidence in communication can vary and we regret if this contributed to her experience .
Additional we would like to mention that there were other customers present in our salon at the time who witnessed the interaction and no point was any pressure or courtesy intended to your daughter . We always strive to treat every client with respect and understanding . We also recognise that some clients may feel less confident in certain situations and we are continuously working to improve our communication to ensure all customers feel comfortable and supported during their visit. We truly value all of our customers and their feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and service. We will take this as an opportunity to ensure our payment policy is explained more clearly in advance to prevent similar situation in the future. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
