Really disappointed with my recent visit. The nails were badly shaped and uneven. At the time they didn’t look too bad, but once they started to grow after about a week, all the flaws became very obvious.

The staff also used the wrong colour. I mentioned several times that it wasn’t the colour I asked for, but instead of correcting it properly I was met with attitude.

Unfortunately the quality seems to be getting worse each time I visit. I won’t be returning.

I came to USA nails after having a bad experience at a different local salon, they were able to remove the biab I had previously on, keep my length and give me the most beautiful nails! The salon was busy but I was in and out within an hour and a half! Very efficient time management! Thank you❤️

I went in today with a botched job from another salon. The girl who did my nails was an absolute legend. I think her name started with G. I left with the most amazing work of art ready to celebrate a big birthday. Thank you so so much.

Far superior service to the previous service I received from another local salon. The detail , the time & dedication to my nails was fantastic. Helpful with advice & asking u what u want & if u are happy as they go along.
Staff all friendly cheery & helpful.
Shop very clean & professional looking compared to the other shop I used.
Definitely found the perfect place to get my nails done now ❤️

The result is unbelievable, such a great job! My nails are literally falling apart, this salon saved them and they are holding good so far. I am visiting them again and I am sure I will not be disappointed.

I got my nails done at the USA in Dalkeith and I was quite happy with how my nails turned out , the person who did it was VERY gentle and nice a few days after I messaged them and asked a few questions and even then they were so nice I’m pretty sure it was in their own time which they didn’t need to reply it’s a cheap price anyone who wants nice nails the USA is the one to go to it would be a good gift to give someone :)
