Emma was absolutely brilliant. I came in super upset due to bleach damage on my hair. She was comforting and took her time explaining the options available to me and I felt completely reassured. She did an amazing cut on my hair, can’t wait to come back!

This was an emergency appointment.

I was met by a warm welcoming lady who had me seated comfortably in minutes of my arrival.
Jodie the Hairstylist was superb, pleasant and did exactly as I asked 🤗🤗

Oh I almost forgot I was offered coffee of my choice.

I’m not sure it gets any better.
Ohhh and I was not known to them.

I will definitely be going back and highly recommended This hair and beauty salon.

Not only did I just work a 13 hour shift but to then straight from shift come to this salon where I initially was feeling great to have my hair done which I have overlooked for 2 years due to working with nhs and Covid, to get a hairdresser who when I asked how much a full head was, muttered under her breath to the other employee words about myself being awkward, like I was a hindrance, to then be told a price that’s not even on your website, I then said “that’s a heck of a lot for not even being a high street salon!!” … she said it was £98 for a full head and £93 for a half head!! I said “no way!!” and she just said “I’m just an employee” to which I said “yea, I’m just a customer asking the prices!!” ….. sat there feeling like as if I had just made her day crap when in fact she made mine crap at the lack of knowledge and then once establishing the prices, she then came back with £87 for a half head and £98 for a full head ….. the momentum had gone and she literally made me feel rubbish like as if asking for prices and what that entailed was a massive hindrance to herself. I then came out of my comfort zone and said I needed to go ….. I don’t think personally anyone should be made to feel like that and when questioning a price that’s not even amended on your website to be told “don’t ask me, I’m just an employee!!” is a bit of turning the cards around onto me. All I wanted was to have my hair done with professionals at all levels of communication n professionalism n not to make me feel like I was doing her a bad turn. The older lady in the salon was great as in cooperative but the younger girl, no way ….. I don’t work all these hours to be made to feel like crap. Massively disappointed n to think I put all my trust into this hairdresser n plod through after a full shift myself.
