Google Had a brow lamination & eyelashes done. Partner had a skin fade. Was great, no complaints. Lashes always last! My partners fade is always fantastic would NOT go anywhere else

Google Payed 15 pound for eyebrow tint and wax to be done and walked away with one eyebrow thicker than the other and half of the other missing not what I expected what so ever compared to the photos shown on display looks like someone has drawn them on with a marker drunk

Google Booked for a hybrid eyelash appointment, not worth £55, would not recommend at all. Eyelashes are very thin and too natural. Not happy with the service, will not be going there again.

Hello Dorote,
As a previous client we did your lashes as you had previously. But when you arrived back to us to book in for today on Friday, you needed a removal. But instead of going ahead and getting the removal and fresh set this morning, you took them all off yourself, and left yourself with half of your natural lashes pulled out. Our technician Aneta explained that half your natural lashes are missing and in fact there are now gaps in the lash line so she will do them as thick as she can. Unfortunately we’re unable to apply lashes on the skin, and they have to be applied to lashes. Therefore if there are none available we won’t be able to add a lash extension there. We have offered a free appointment to see if we can find a resolution, however your daughter declined on your behalf.
We apologise that you were not happy with the service however we did everything we could with what you provided us with. And as a reoccuring client you know what the quality of our work is like, but we cannot attach lashes to lashes which do not exist unfortunately.
