Rang up the day before and was told £38 acrylic and white tip fast working which is good but I couldn't understand them and vice versa so difficult to describe how I wanted my nails! Told him wanted shorter nails (couple times) he said ok but didn't do it then got charged £54 nearly had heart attack only went here coz my other one didn't have availability never again plus I don't understand where the figures come from I know prices go up ect but 60 for nails even people I've talked to was shocked ! Chinese men

The prices were wrong on the wall and the service wasn’t great as I was getting charged £38 for acrylic toes and it was advertised at £27 and when I asked the man was shouting and was rather abrupt. Would not go back for nails but would go to the tanning beds!

My second visit here the first time I came I was very impressed with my nails and brow, I'm not local I live thirty miles away but my friend lives here, after the first visit I went out of my way to get the infill done I even brought my daughter, unfortunately this time my experience was not the same, I obviously had a trainee doing my nails which is fine, but her skill set was not ready for live customers unfortunately a member of staff corrected her filing another member did the acrylic and then she was back to me for paint, the finished product was awful it wasn't evenly painted it had runs in it, the shade wasn't solid, I politely said I wasn't happen so the man took over and was extremely rude and put out by my complaint and proceeded to correct the work but made me feel very uncomfortable and was aggressive in his actions huffing and puffing and harshly handling my hands, I was so uncomfortable I kept saying thank you to ease him, in the end they were fantastic, I spent £125 for three of us, it was hot it was the end of the day I can accept it was an inconvenience, but I am a human being with feelings and paying for a service, I won't be going again

Good people although the lady asked me "this long?" Even tho she already cut it there different shapes and lengths my thumb boiled like a kettle but she just said it was a chemical reaction she also plucked all my cuticle off and then put cuticle oil on like I still have cuticles

This place has gone really downhill. Staff at the moment haven't got a clue what they are doing and are inexperienced to even do nails. Don't waste your money going here

AMAZING! SOOOO HAPPY!! Finally found a place I can keep coming to. They’re both lovely and the precision they apply to each set of nails they do is amazing. Very professional and focused on what they are doing. Went there with my daughter and we are both DELIGHTED with the nails. I watched the young man examine each nail to make sure they matched and all look the same. If you see the photos he did my daughter’s nails and they look amazing. I can only say if he’s the same one who is mentioned in the reviews - then he’s improved massively as I’ve all confidence that my daughter’s nails won’t fall off. I’d say definitely give him a chance. Both nail techs showed they were very keen to do a customer at a time NOT just rushing to get to the next customer even though they had a couple customers waiting which shows they are popular. They also didn’t spend time chatting to each other like some other places do while ignoring the customer. These just focused on their customer. And also shows that if you are sat on their chair you are the priority! Really really happy to keep going back. If you Try them, you won’t be disappointed!!! It is 5 stars ✨ for sure!!!!! UPDATE: We Have been twice since so added another photo 😃👏🏾

Amazing service, my mum and I spontaneously wanted our nails done and were able to walk in and be served quite quickly. I had a guy doing my nails and was more than pleased with the results. He took his time and checked with me along the way ensuring I was happy. By the end my nails were just as good if not better than the image I had for him to follow. Will definitely be going back!

So I’ve been going to this salon for 2 years, passed 3 times I’ve been there a newish guy did my nails and I had my nails done by him and another person did the other hand because he was taking too long. And within a week every single nail came off the hand he did, so every time I went back I just went is it ok to wait for the next available nail technician I’m not being rude or anything it’s just my last experience wasn’t great as they all fell off. And every time I go he’s available so I have to keep saying is it ok to wait for the next available nail technician which hasn’t been a problem.

So I went in again sat down said nothing and the lady that owns it said can you come outside so I can have a word, She said she doesn’t think we are a good match and thinks I should find a different salon I was like what? Have you got the wrong person because I was stunned. I said is it regarding the young lad that is new she said yes and I asked if he had improved since having my first set with him and she replied no. So I’m being punished because I don’t want my nails doing by someone charging the same amount as a experienced technician for my nails to fall off.

I wouldn’t go here if you don’t want your nails falling off😆

Nail Box in side the Fast Tan place, free car parking on side for Customers, friendly and helpful staff, value for money services, very convenient if you enjoy your tanning experience as well and want to have nails done in same shared place. Highly recommended!
