Mia is very rude and not polite she needs to speak nicely to all her customers and not just the white ones. Very rude people working there. No customer service at all.

Been coming here for years. Mia is lovely but unfortunately one of her male staff members has lost her a customer. Recently went in with a full loyalty card stamped for £5 off. The guy serving me decided he would re stamp over my already full card and said next time I get £5 off. The card was already full and he proceeded to imply I was a liar in front of a full shop of people. I stood my ground as not a chance I was leaving that shop as if I was in the wrong. Eventually he stood there shaking his head and threw the fiver on the counter! I've never been so annoyed. I had my FULL card and he tried saying I get the discount next time. Wrong! The time before I was told next time you get £5 off. How dare he treat a loyal customer like that. Will not be returning now. Will go Brooke hair and beauty instead!

I went to Mia nails and have nearly spent £120 on nails in the last 4 weeks the first time one chipped within the week i was not happy so I went back and trusted them and got a new set and they were brilliant again they chipped so I went back and ask them to remove the 7 nails and they said £10 to remove when they put them on and I had school i explained what I will be coming back and she refused and said not my problem and she didn’t even ask my mum for consent to do the nails and they were long

I have been going to Mia’s for 2 years and this time she couldn’t do the design I wanted so asked to just add chrome on top to save her time. She added the chrome without removing what was on the base of the nail so now it’s lumpy and I still got charged full price! When I showed her the bad quality she said she can re -do them but I had already been in the shop for over 2 hours. I paid and felt awful after. Unfortunately will not return again I’m so disappointed with the nails and service as a whole.

The missus went there and wow what an horrific job they did, the design was great but the overall acrylic was dreadful, you could flick them off, she ended up taking them off and doing them by herself and she did an extremely better job, the difference is night and day

Generally a nice place to go to just the prices vary a lot! I personally think they charge a lot for what they do only for the nails to last around 2 weeks. I also rang Mia nails to ask how much French tip acrylic would be on my toes I was told it was 21 pounds which is reasonable I then rang up again not long after to double check again and the price had changed to 35 pounds and think they charge extortionate prices for acrylics when they don’t last particularly long. My personal opinion prices need to be lowered as what you get out of the price you pay isn’t really worth it in the long run. Over all good shop if you are local. I do also just think they make prices up as they go along.

Amazing and speedy service! It’s my birthday tomorrow and I literally couldn’t ask for better nails! I got a French tip with chrome simple but when done right look spectacular!!

Lee did my nails he is super nice speedy and checks to make sure everything’s okay! He was lovely overall and very detailed :) very good place to get nails done! ~
