Every time I go to Brooke’s I leave feeling better than when I went in.
I adore having my hair coloured by Rosie and I’ve had my eyelashes done as well as facials. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating!
The staff I’ve had services from have their own instagram pages which makes booking so much better because you can see their work before booking in.

Saw Suzanne for a colour correct,after i did abit of a bad DIY job myself🙄I wanted to go super light, I can honestly say the service from start to finish was outstanding. She fully explained what she was doing throughout,and after full head highlights ,the end results are stunning! Look and feel like a million dollars!✨ Would highly recommend!

I came to this salon to get my hair colored blonde. I showed Holly a picture of the exact shade I wanted, but after four different tones and an itchy scalp, my hair turned into an olive-brown, ashy color—nothing like what I had asked for.

I rebooked with Rose, who was really kind and put in a lot of effort. I truly appreciate her hard work, but unfortunately, my hair still didn’t change much. It’s not even blonde—I honestly don’t know what color it is now.

In my opinion, when a client shows a reference picture, the hairdresser should be honest about whether they can achieve that color. If they can’t, they should communicate that upfront instead of wasting the client’s time and damaging their hair.

I’ve been blonde for over 20 years, and I’ve never had an experience like this. Very disappointed with the results.

Rosie is an absolute hairdressing magician! She fixed a haircut that I wasn't happy with from my previous hairdresser (who I went to for 5 years!!) And she listened to me, discussed my hair, techniques and ultimately gave me my dream haircut 🙌🏻
Id really highly recommend her, she's a lovely friendly person, good fun to chat to and really skilled at her craft 😍

DO NOT COME HERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS!
Booked in a classic lash extension with Natalie Rose. The quality of the lashes and adhesive used were exceptionally poor. The lashes did not last for more than 3 days despite being diligent on not getting them wet or applying makeup / creams on the area. Technician just blamed the cause on lash shedding season even though my natural lashes are intact and it’s just the fake lashes that keep falling off. Never have I experienced such significant lash extension loss in such a short period of time with other lash technicians. No refunds were offered or any flexibility on an infill appointment. I really do not recommend getting your lashes done here.
