I’ve been going to Jess to get my nails done for 11 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Service is brilliant, she is lovely and friendly, price is right and you always leave with what you ask for!☺️🙌🏼

Avoid at all costs!
Booked for an hair up appointment for a wedding. When I arrived the salon was closed, I rang the salon and they explained that unfortunately they couldn’t get a key that morning and so weren’t opening. No phone call to let me know and therefore left with no time to find a back up. Poor customer service.

Owner Response:

Hi Ashlie, really sorry you’ve had this experience but could you please confirm on here or our social media pages who the appointment was with as I have spoke to staff and nobody has had this appointment booked with you?
Thankyou

Desme did an amazing job with my balayage, she has so much attention to detail and makes sure it’s exactly how you want. The colour has lasted really well and still looks amazing a few months later
