I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked an appointment for a simple nail removal that was meant to take 30 minutes, but it ended up lasting an hour and a half. In the end, I had to leave before they even finished, and I was still charged despite nothing being properly done.
There were two staff members — the one working on my nails was at least polite and kind, but the other was rude and didn’t even apologise for the delay or the unprofessional service.
Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this salon.

All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and so skilled .
I have loved all the treatments I have had.

I have been a client for several years and can honestly say I have never had anything other than brilliant service and amazing treatments Natalia is so knowledge about skin care and adapts facial treatments to treat whatever my skin needs I love all my treatments she even makes waxing bearable On occasions when Jean or Zoe have done my treatments I have found they have the same high standards and professional expertise The salon and staff are a pleasure to visit

Well I only visited this place for the hairdresser Amy she’s amazing really great at her job and a lovely bubbly person. I won’t be returning the manager Natalia could turn milk sour by just looking at it. I thought she was the receptionist until i was told she was the “manager” very unpleasant person and to be honest very lazy. Ignores the phones when they are ringing and walks round with a face like she’s smelt something very bad. I have found out Amy no longer works there. All I can say is this place is drab and dated with a horrible manager.
