Google Booked in with Bella for a deep tissue massage, she had been recommended & it was bliss. I Suffer with backache & tension & it had been a couple of years since my last massage. Felt relaxed even though I was full of knots & look forward to my next one which is already booked in. Also it's literally next door to my work 😊 thanks again
Owner Response:

Google I have been going to Nikki for a year now, before that, I had used other salons. I always dreaded waxing as it had previously hurt so much! But with Nikki the pain is much less than what I was previously going through in my appointments, and I have never looked back! I think a combination of good quality products and Nikki's technique through years of experience really make a difference to the process and also the end result. Would definitely recommend
Owner Response:
It was lovely to meet you today
Thank you very much for your super kind review
The more you have it done the less painful it is …… Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Google I am horrified by the most recent comment. After 15 years of being a customer of Nicky I have never found her anything but professional and kind. I can only assume these comments are a deliberate attack on someone's good character with no actual cause.
Owner Response:
Thank you x

Google 7years of loyal custom … and have made the decision to leave.
We have been made to feel a nuisance because Nikki can’t facilitate appointments. Salon has been understaffed over a year and customers are paying the price. Delivery of service has been effected greatly. Unprofessional comments saying someone is “hard to wax” because of their weight is unacceptable. A trip to a salon is supposed to be relaxing… the waxing station has become anything but.
