Hi Samandra, as explained during the call, hair extension prices vary greatly depending on the type of extensions, length, colour and amount of hair needed, so we are unable to give an accurate quotation over the phone without a consultation.
At no point was any abusive language used. We ended the call politely after explaining our salon policy. We always aim to provide professional and honest advice to all clients.

Google It was my first time coming to Eleven 11 today and I am always anxious going to a new place… I had a wash, cut & blow-dry by the lovely Ellie and I have to say it was the nicest experience!
She was very calm, professional and did exactly what I was hoping for & beyond! The salon itself is very clean & tidy and had a very calm and friendly atmosphere- I didn’t feel anxious at all.
I’ll deffo be booking back in with Ellie. Thank you so much! X

Google Olivia has done my nails for the last few months and I am always over the moon with my nails. Olivia is really professional but is also very friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as we met. I always get many compliments about my nails and never experience any issues.

Google Liv has been doing my nails for a few months now and I've never had someone both pay so much attention to them and also have them looking SO good!! I've never been able to grow my nails longer and with Liv's amazing work they've consistently been at a lovely length but they look so good that I'm getting complimented all the time on them! Thank you so much, I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
