I've been going to this salon for over three years every three weeks for my nails. Great designs and as someone who is quite heavy handed ive only ever had nail breakages once. Mai and Van always go out of their way to ensure theyre getting the style and design right!

I visited this salon with a young person in my care. We showed the staff the nail art design she wanted, and they agreed to do it for £48, which we accepted. However, once they started, it became clear that they could not match the requested design. When we raised this, we were told that this was the only way they could do it. Staff then began speaking to each other in another language, and it felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, as we believed they were speaking negatively about us.
We asked them to stop the nail art and proceed with plain nail polish only, since they were unable to deliver the agreed design. During this time, the nail technician was rude towards the young person and dismissive of the support being provided.
We would have had no issue if the staff had explained beforehand that they could not recreate the design. It is unacceptable to agree to a specific artwork, set a price for it, and then fail to deliver what was requested.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Never left a bad review in my life and I’ve Been coming here for years and never had a issue , since they’ve done up the place the vibe is off,I booked in for 9:30 with mae today I turned up and it was a male who I hadn’t seen before who asked me to sit down while mae was with another customer ,I thought she would let me know she would take over when her current client was finished .This wouldn’t have actually bothered me but I booked in advance specifically for her to do them . For the male nails I asked for a light pink short set of acrylics ,very basic. The guy didn’t even touch my cuticles until I asked him to at the end? He filed my nails so aggressively that they just looked so dry and damaged by the time he had finished . All I wanted was a light pink colour and he couldn’t find one that resembled the picture he also made me feel like I couldn’t ask to see colours and like I was inconvenient for him there was no help from mae who was on her phone with no clients .He then messed up filing my top coat and took a chunk out of the acrylic .i think he didn’t realise I had noticed because he dumped cuticle oil over the hole in my nail to try hide it from me .anyway now im left with nails that feel dry and are skin coloured not even pink ,not what i wanted at all and never have felt more uncomfortable in a salon before.

Had a pedicure and nails done yesterday, I can honestly say that it was one of the best pedicures I've ever had, my apologies for not remembering the gentleman's name that did them both..he left my feet feeling amazing especially after the foot Massage . My nails looked beautiful too . Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and comfortable. Loving the revamp in the salon too looks amazing Mai 😍👌🏽.

Disgusting service, nails are different lengths, asked multiple times to correct my nails and was telling me they looked fine. They are not painted down the side and they are too wide for my fingers. Do not go under any circumstance

Unfortunately I have to leave red hot nails after going for many years because every time I book my appointment over the phone, when I arrive, I never get my appointment and always waiting. It seems they take in too many walk ins and don’t respect the bookings. Shame as parking is paid and sometimes they’ve told me to come back a different day which means nails don’t get done. :(

i asked for acrylic french hands and feet, the man completely ignored me and did gel on my toes anyway and when i told him thats not what i wanted, he moaned same with my fingers he messed up one of the tips it was a lot thicker than the rest and he argued with me because i didnt like it, he cut my toe nails short to the point they hurt. Filed my hand to try get polish off it and cut me.Awful service
