Awful. Technician was 15 minutes late, station was dirty, appointment was rushed and when I went back to my regular salon for my next appointment I was told they had damaged my nails. Would not go back

Absolutely amazing! Would never go anywhere else. The ladies are always so friendly and chatty, joking around and having fun, its like one big sleepover party! They are also really helpful making suggestions about what colours would suit me best. Best nails in town.

I have been going to the nail lounge for 9 years
And all the staff are amazing, caring chatty they are all fabulous at there jobs.
They offer you tea and coffee
I highly recommend going to the nail lounge on Whittaker Lane and scholes Lane.

Been going to the girls for years and if I could give 10 stars I would, the customer service is friendly and funny and the nails are just amazing, they have a beautiful and professional finish and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else! Ashley is my girl I love her so much!

I have been going to the Nail Lounge at both Whittaker Lane and Scholes Lane for several years and have always had a good experience. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming and I feel so comfortable here - Ashley was the last tech do my nails and her perfectionism and expertise really shine through on thr shaping of nails. The salons are also very clean. You can also have a hot drink whilst your nails are soaking off including oat milk as an alternative.
In my personal experience, I find Scholes Lane is more of a relaxing, rejuvenating space whereas Whittaker Lane is more bubbly and energetic - so depending if you want to go for a natter or to chill out you might find one space suits you more.
On the very rare occasion I have not been satisfied with my nails, the staff are happy to correct this.

I’ve been a customer of the Nail Lounge for five years and couldn’t recommend it more highly. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and an offer of coffee. There’s a fantastic range of options to choose from, the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful and the results are always good. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
