Terrible service here. Was in a car accident and was not offered rescheduling or refund, escalated complaint to Treatwell. This lady has no customer service or compassion and is a pure scammer . Charges your card and will do anything for money. Emailed her for a refund and she refused. I have had over 500 Treatwell bookings and this never happened before

I've just started going to this beauty salon. So far I've had a pedicure, facial and eyelash/eyebrow tint with waxing. Very impressed by all. The salon I'd spotlessly clean, Jess dcplains everything she's doing and the pricing is reasonable. She can be booked direct or on treatwell.

I have been having my nails, lashes and brows done by Jess for a few years now. I travel for 45 minutes to get to her as I literally would not go to anyone else. She’s fab and offers a variety of things no other salon/clinic offer and she does the best job. Extremely friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend!

Jess and the girls are lovely, really welcoming and always do a great job. They offer you a drink (sometimes it's Prosecco!) are honest about what you need, are reasonably priced and dead down to earth so you always feel you're in comfortable hands. I have had various treatments since I found them six months ago, including facials, waxing, nails, eyelashes and more, and would not go anywhere else. I have yet to have my hair done by Chloe (she's a busy lady!) but have seen her doing lots of people's hair and it always looks gorgeous. I am going to have a consult with her next month to look at extensions and will post another review then. Thank you ladies, see you next week!
