Hi Emma
Thank you for give us a lovely feedback ☺️. Thank you for always supporting us 💖.

Hi Laurine, I am Anna, Owner of Paradise Nails. Thank you for your feedback so that our store can change its service and provide better service for the store. After receiving your feedback, my store staff and I had a meeting to review the situation on the day you came to use the service. I spent 2 days checking the camera at the store and listening to each conversation to see if the customer's feedback was correct or not. If it was incorrect, I would immediately remove the employee who spoke ill of the customer. But unfortunately, I do not have any conversation between the employees regarding speaking ill of the customer as you complained. I wonder if you are too sensitive. With the goal of providing customers with the best service and a friendly experience, I always have very strict rules for employees. But thank you very much for your feedback. Hopefully we will have another opportunity to bring you a completely different experience. Have a nice day!

Update

If you confirm that my staff has badmouthed the customer, please come back so we can check together, and I will invite the customer at the store to testify to this meeting. If our staff is wrong, I will fire them immediately and compensate you. If you are wrong, we only ask you to delete this review and apologize for this review affecting the entire team that is working hard. If you do not mind, please contact the hotline 07470 668886. For the most accurate answer and review the video on the day you used the service. Thank you for your feedback, we look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards.
