I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The technicians were very skilled, friendly, and meticulous, making my nails look beautiful. The salon was very clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been coming to this salon weekly for quite some time, and I want to start by saying that the female staff are always lovely, welcoming, and professional. That’s honestly the reason I kept returning and even brought friends—I’ve previously left a 5-star review because of those positive experiences.
However, my recent visits have been disappointing due to repeated interactions with one of the male staff members. On multiple occasions, he has come across as quite rude and dismissive, which has made me feel uncomfortable in a place I used to enjoy visiting.
For example, when I ask about a specific nail design, he refuses to show me a preview or sample and insists I have to commit to the entire set without seeing it first. This is frustrating because the female staff have always been happy to show me designs beforehand, which makes a big difference as a customer.
Additionally, the sudden switch to “cash only” was handled poorly. The salon has accepted bank transfers for as long as I’ve been coming, so when I asked about it, his response felt abrupt and embarrassing rather than helpful or understanding.
I don’t expect perfection, but basic courtesy and consistency go a long way. It’s a shame because I’ve been a loyal customer and genuinely liked this place, but these recent experiences have made me reconsider returning.

Had my nails done twice here now and they have been perfect both times. They last for around 4 weeks and longer. Wait times aren’t that long compared to other nail shops. Very clean nail shop and staff are very polite.
