Google Went in today for a walk in appointment and got an acrylic set. Super impressed with the final look. The gentleman who did them was so lovely and took his time to make sure they were done properly. Super happy with them.

Google i rang up to ask about the prices, they told me £30 for french acrylic nails, the woman on the phone was very nice and lovely and was adamant about the price. however when i got there, luckily i had asked about the price before they started my nails, they then turned around and said it was £37, the man was extremely rude and pulled awful faces at me and spoke to me in a rude manner. very disrespectful and unprofessional
Owner Response:
Hello. We are sorry for your bad experience. the lady could heard only question about full set of acrylics so its 30£. Therefore our records shows that you did not get your nails done at the shop because of the price being to high for you. Our staff members are always very respectful and professional to all customers.
Regards

Google wasn’t too bad my nails look nice but cut them too short , cut my finger and missed a bit of nail polish so it looks ridiculous , sighed every time id moved to shuffle closer its okay if you are in a rush but deffo better places
Owner Response:
Hi, hope you’re well. We are very sorry to hear about your inconvenience but yesterday we didn’t have anyone that had a cut. We always ask all customers about the colour and length numerous times before doing a set of nails. If you had nails done with us you would know that we listen to any comments during the session and never mind changing to make customer happy. re-applying tips wouldn’t be a trouble at all. So I dont understand why you left the shop not satisfied before speaking to any staff? If you think the nails are to short and you want them longer or you think staff was rushing please contact us through instagram and we can discuss further.
Best regards

Google They cut my cuticle and made me bleeed and didn’t care laughed
Owner Response:
Hi. Sorry about that inconvenience. I believe you have been informed to stay still several times before the accident happened. None of our staff members do it on purpose. Our equipment is new and sharp so we always ask to not to move around while finishing nails.
I want to ensure you that nobody laughed at situations either. English is not staff’s 1st language so “yes” they are allowed to speak to each other in their own language.

Google I got nails from this place as my old nail tech ruined my nails so I moved to this one and they gave me the nails I wanted with my charms I bought in and after a week of having them they stared pinging off I would never come here again
