Not the friendliest of staff, especially the young lady with rd glasses, very ruff in fact, rolling her eyes and talking about me to other staff, I found it very embarrassing. Also my nails were quite sore after acrylics. Steer clear

I would read many reviews below before going to spend your well earned money at 5 star, I wish I had. Iv been 3 times to this place, first 2 times happy, 3rd time,, had gel. Within 10 days, 2 nails had split, 1 had fell off. On my return I was informed the reason for my split nails was because it was summer and my nails had grown faster. They asked for £35 to replace the full set and offered £5 offer,, thus, £30. Their approach was abrupt and unapologetic. Not like when they take your money with big smiles. There was a large que behind me, and 1 of those was for a repair. Therefore, it really didn't matter to them if I didn't agree with their poor customers Service. The fact they only accept cash is questionable too, stay away .....!

Would NOT recommend 5 star nails winter hey lane.
I have just been, and had a terrible service, their equipment was dirty and not sanitary, their attitude was awful. I asked for simple floral nails and I was meant with scoffs and signs, not to mention them very clearly talking about me. I was then charged an extra £13 for nail art.

Asked for white tip £25, got painted white and pink on instead and was charged £35, apparently that is white tip but not according to the price board. Didn't buff or file nails correctly after leaving, should have doubled checked but Tom just said sorry and was still made to charge.
Would not go there again, was conned out of £10 for a cheaper job!

very bad experience today instead what was on the picture long and beautiful nails i have short and every fingers horrible shape nails I wish I can put a picture what I have than you can laughing I feel like 12 years old girl what getting first time nails....never come back again

The colour was not what I wanted cost £35 l told him but still carry on not happy i will not be going there again now I will have go get them again somewhere else

Lovely welcome every visit. Really well organised, no matter how busy they are you don’t need to worry about missing your place they know exactly who’s next! Pedicure is the best around.
