I went to Calista last minute to get my nails done. My experience was very disappointing. The appointnent started late and the staff just sat and talked negatively about other customers. The cleanliness of the salon left a lot to be desired and it appeared that tools were not properly sanitised.
The nail technician, Becky, didn't listen to what I wanted and the final result looked uneven. Within days, my nails started to chip.
Customer service was shocking. No apology for the delay and no effort to make things right.
I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend this salon to others based on my experience.
