I booked in for a Swedish full body massage and acrylic nails. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome and the staff were very attentive . I went for my massage first. Hayley was extremely professional and put me at ease. Lovely decor with just the right ambience. I felt so relaxed after and was very reasonably priced! I had my acrylics done by a lovely young lady called holly who had a wide range of products to chose from and was very good at consultation and understanding the desired outcome of what I would want for my nails. She did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the results, again very reasonably priced! Let’s just say I will be back for same treatments and more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I didn’t have a positive experience with this salon. During my time there, I noticed cleanliness and hygiene standards that were concerning, including what appeared to be mould in some of the rooms, which made the environment feel uncomfortable.

I also had concerns about some of the practices I observed, particularly around how certain hair products were being used and mixed, which didn’t feel professional or in line with what I would expect from a salon.

In addition, I had a negative experience regarding personal belongings, as some of my items went missing during my time there, which was very disappointing.

Overall, my experience left me feeling uneasy and I personally wouldn’t return.

Received a message from Samantha asking if I'd like to come in for a Japanese head spa , to help train a member of staff . The experience was amazing , was pampered and looked after from the minute I stepped into the Salon.The experience was so relaxing , it is a treatment I would highly recommend. Followed by a curly blow dry , I left the salon feeling amazing .

Had an appointment with Leah for cut and blow and she was fabulous! She made me feel very welcome! Gave me lots of amazing advice on how to care for my hair. She also did an amazing job with my boff head! My hair feels amazing now! Will definitely be going back in the future 😊 x

amazing service by friendly, chatty and welcoming staff. kerri-anne styled my hair exactly like the reference pic at a reasonable price. drinks were also regularly offered which was a nice gesture. aftercare advice also given unlike other salons. thanks so much, will be returning :)

Sam has been doing my hair my 20 years and I wouldn't have anyone else. She's done an amazing job with the new shop, all the staff are lovely and they offer loads of services. Had my first Japanese Head Spa with Sam today and it was amazing. Included facial and neck and shoulder massage, the room was warm and cosy and the whole treatment was so relaxing. Highly recommended. Thank you x
