Absolutely disappointed that you never thought to mention any of this at your appointment. As you was so comfortable talking to me throughout the service, talking about working for BT how long you had lived here in the UK, where you lived, your partner and so on, your cuticles was pushed back and trimmed as with everyone who comes for a nail treatments. This nail is a quick and easy fix and just needed you to message or ring for a repair, which of course would of been free of charge, the builder gel has clearly not set properly in the lamp which is completely my fault as I should of looked better however you was happy upon leaving and paid in full even offering a tip which I refused as I didn’t want you walking to the shop to get change to walk back to me. Really unfair review as this could have just been fixed. We pride ourselves in being people pleasing, friendly and affordable. Sorry you didn’t feel you could have just messaged or ring me back after having such and in-depth chat together. Just to add we have a 5* because we will go above and beyond for our clients and our students and our service is always second to none. If given the chance I could of fixed this problem and apologised for the inconvenience.
