Initial communication was excellent- able to book an appointment quickly and book for patch test.
Problem arose when going for a patch test, drove 20 minutes there and was stuck waiting outside for ten minutes. Ring the doorbell four times, iMessaged (using husbands hotspot as he drove past) to I form her I was there.
There’s a number on the door to call if no one comes but I had no signal so couldn’t call.
After ten minutes of waiting outside I cut my losses and text Ellie saying I was going to go. I’ve not had any communication from her to explain the situation etc

Looking at her pictures of treatment it looks great, hence why I wanted to book in! Initial communication great, but this system of getting into the salon needs improvement.

I love the nail art that Ellie does. The polish lasts on my fingers and toes for weeks

I have been seeing Ellie for 2 years. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and at ease. She is very attentive and always ensures that treatments are tailored to my needs. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Thank you Ellie xx
