Made an appointment, went early waited for 15 minutes and no signs of the person to do my pedicure just signs saying do not disturb with customer. Waited outside in the cold and for nothing. Won’t be trying again.

The only salon I LOVE.
The professionalism, the warm welcomes, the treatments on offer that aren't extortionate prices! This place is the one! Becks nails are the best I've seen, and she's hilarious! Chloe has recently done my dermaplanning and ive had a glow up, the girls there are lovely! Highly recommend. I travel from WN4 to Westhoughton for this level of treatment and its worth every mile💁‍♀️ladies (and fellas) go and treat yourself!!!

After 40 years of nail biting, I set myself a challenge last March to finally have nice nails for two weddings. Helen and Rebecca were so welcoming and encouraging from my first visit, and suggested BIAB once my nails had grown a little. I haven’t looked back since! My natural nails are now long, strong, and constantly complimented. I love my monthly appointments — the hardest part is choosing a colour because there are so many gorgeous options. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even fitting me in quickly when I broke a nail. Amazing salon, lovely ladies, great brew — highly recommend! 10/10 ☕💖

I have been having my nails done at this salon every few weeks for a couple of years now, after being recommended by a friend. I am always delighted with the results. The staff are warm and friendly, booking system with reminders is professional and the attention to detail in doing my nails is great. I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I have been coming for my nails for 5 years now and always had fabulous service regardless of whether it is Rebecca or Helen. Always got me in if I need to change my appointments. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been coming to this salon having my nails done and facials for over 8 years, and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. The atmosphere is welcoming. The girls and team go above and beyond to welcome you make you comfortable and reassure with any questions or concerns. I look forward to my appointments and would without a doubt highly recommend.

I dont usually do reviews and especially not bad one but this has really upset me. I just wanted nice nails for my holiday. I had my nails done today and they are shapeless and thick. I asked for acrylic nails done with French tips. You pay £38 for absolute awful nails.
